Production of foundry patterns and moulds

Foundry patterns are produced in accordance with standard DIN EN 12 890 and according to customer requirements. We produce patterns for manual as well as for serial moulding, inclusive frameless moulding. Dimensional protocol is commonplace for every order, after agreement is possible to ensure 3D- measurement or scan.

• We offer production of wooden patterns, metal patterns (Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, cast iron etc.), resin, or machined from resin-blocks, laminate (epoxy), polystyrene EPS, EPP, technology lost-foam, inclusive transport to destination.
• Wooden and metal patterns are produced manually or using 5-axis and 3-axis CNC-machines (we process files in formats *.x_t, *.stp, *.step, *.igs).
• We can produce all sizes of foundry patterns from small up to XXXL – no limit.
• Patterns for moulding lines (DISA, HWS, SAVELLI, FORROMAT etc.).
• Pattern plates inclusive gate are commonplace.
